1.) You will need to go to office.com and log in with the administrator account. (User and Passwords can be found in Bitwarden)
2.) Then select the “Admin Portal”
3.) Once you are in the Admin portal you will select Users > Active Users.
5.) You will then fill in the user’s: First and Last Name, Display Name(should auto-fill to full name), and the email address for the user (the email address is (First Initial)(last name)@domain.com), and you will need to set their password and Do not check change on next login (Once you have the password add the email address and password into Bitwarden)
6.) You will then need to add the correct license to the user’s account you will be adding Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan2)
7.) Then click next and Finnish adding
8.) Finally make sure that the user shows up in the active users
9.) The user will now be able to access the office 365 applications as well as there email
